Deadline for Abstract submission

Submission is available from July 1, 2020.
Submitted abstract can be modified and updated until the deadline.

Deadline: September 16, 2020.

Instruction for Abstract-Preparation
  • At least one presenting author is requested to finish the registration procedure before submitting his/her abstract. The registration fee for ISS2020 is free. However, we would ask you to pay for your publication fee when you submit your proceedings. If you plan to make multiple presentations, please pay for the publication fee for each presentation. 
    The publication fee must be paid before starting the peer review process. The paper without publication fee will not be accepted.
  • The abstract should be written in English.
  • The title must be written less than 180 characters.
  • Please write down the names and affiliations for all the co-authors accurately.
  • When the number of authors exceeds 12 person, please enter the information for 12 authors online, and email for the rest authors to the ISS2020 secretariat (
  • The abstract body should be write down less than 2000 characters.
  • You can use superscripts, subscripts and Greek letters. Please follow instructions in the abstract submission system.
  • You can also attach one figure file in JPEG or PNG format (—.jpg or —.png). If you want to use more than one figures, please combine them to be a single file.
  • Abstracts for all the ISS presentations will be showed in the ISS2020 website on November 24. If you do not agree to open the abstract on Nov. 24, please contact the ISS2020 secretariat (
